The prices of our services are provided on request and indicated in euros excluding taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the proposal), unless otherwise indicated.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or via the secure payment system paypal, payplug or stripe.
Article 6 - Withdrawal
Since these are personalized services that require Thomas Blanchy's time and are not adaptable to other types of customers, there is no right of withdrawal.
A deposit is generally required at the start of the project. If the customer decides to terminate the contract during production, he agrees not to be reimbursed for his deposit and not to receive any deliverables from Thomas Blanchy.
Article 7 - Major forces
Any event beyond the control of the Parties, qualified as force majeure, which prevents the normal performance of their obligations, constitutes a cause of exemption and results in the suspension of these obligations. All irresistible facts or circumstances, external to the Parties, unforeseeable, inevitable, and independent of their will, and which cannot be prevented despite all reasonably possible efforts, are considered to be force majeure.
Article 8 - Warranty
Thomas Blanchy undertakes to provide, in good faith, IT services whether it concerns the creation of a website, back end management or the creation of innovative functionalities. As part of innovative features, it cannot guarantee unpredictable results. He cannot therefore be held responsible for a disappointing result.
Article 9 - Resolutions
If one of the parties to the contract considers itself to be the victim of a serious fault or breach, it must inform the other by e-mail as quickly as possible. When the fault comes from the Customer, no possibility of reimbursement is possible.
Article 10 - Law applicable in the event of disputes
The language of this contract is French. These conditions of sale are subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the Belgian courts will have sole jurisdiction.
